When something is served to us frozen, it is advertised as frozen and not fresh. Fresh, in my opinion, refers to something that is directly from the ocean and has never been frozen. It is sold to you as fresh so that you have the option to freeze it yourself.

Customer service was awedome and very helpful but I give only 4 stars: they don't sell Kina(sea urchins). Their Oysters, Fish heads, Mussels were of great quality though!!!
