My husband and I stayed at nearby B&B for the weekend. We went here twice, Saturday and Sunday for dinner. We couldn’t get enough of the beef ribs, brisket, hot links, and pulled pork! They were amazing! The environment was excellent and I loved the atmosphere. The staff was quick and very friendly even though they were extremely busy both nights. Thank you for a wonderful meal, twice! We will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go get some great BBQ.
Bustling BBQ spot with a walk up order counter and well appointed bar. One of the most generous military/first responder discounts too at 30%.The sandwiches are a good bet with your choice of meat and the crispy onions on the Texas style are clearly house made, and verge on being full blown onion rings (a good thing). The brisket was tender and flavourful, but the rib I sampled clung to the bone and had a bit more chew for my preference.
This is a great spot! The food is essentially fast food-style Texas BBQ. While it may not be award-winning, it's quite good and surprisingly affordable for BBQ. Make sure to sign up for the free sandwich offer—they send you a new coupon every time you redeem one, so you can enjoy something free on each visit. One thing to note: their ghost sauce is milder than Taco Bell’s sauce packets; it has a sweet taste rather than a spicy kick.
The menu can be a bit confusing, especially regarding the pricing. For instance, I saw a Sunday special advertised as a beef rib for $20 with a draft pitcher. When I ordered it, my total came to $57.00. I asked the cashier if the $20 included both items, and she confirmed it did, yet they were actually sold separately. I really want to love this place,I really do!! The fries weren't ready and very cold.The burger had the option to be upgraded to a king, and I decided not to get that. My burger had so much fat. That all I was chewing was the fat. I was gonna show the fat, but I think that's disgusting!!Maybe next time it will be great!!
The Texas-style pulled pork sandwich was fantastic! The pickles and sauce were amazing. As for the pork belly taco, wow, that slaw was outstanding! However, I wasn't a fan of the jalapeño bacon mac and the potato salad. I'm hoping I just visited on an off day. Still, I'll definitely be back for another try!
The bbq is the very best I have ever had in Colorado. The food service was fast and friendly. It really transports you into a Texas vibe as soon as you walk in. Bbq sauce is sweet and slight hint of kick. You can’t go wrong with anything.
