We stayed at the Precise Resort Rügen for the third time with our children because the hotel's good location (within easy reach of all activities on the island) and the Tobeland/Splash guarantee a relaxing holiday for us parents too. As always, we booked a spacious apartment and can only agree with the previous speakers that the apartments are getting old and that there is a massive problem with cleanliness. The fact that the hotel comments on all reviews here on Google shows that management is aware of the problem. It's even worse that nothing is improved. We had our previous tenants' trash in the trash can, the corners/surfaces were dusty/greasy and the shower was already moldy and not cle...
Nachdem wir zum ersten Mal im März hier waren und der Urlaub aus verschiedenen Gründen eher mittelmäßig war, versuchten wir nun einen zweiten Versuch. Dieses Mal entschieden wir uns für eine Wohnung anstelle eines Hotelzimmers mit unserer 5 Jahre alten Tochter. So gab es deutlich mehr Platz. Allerdings sind die Wohnungen ziemlich sparsam eingerichtet, sie fühlen sich nicht wirklich wohl, aber sie sind genug zum Schlafen. Darüber hinaus war alles sauber und funktional. Were there for a weekend at the beginning of July. This was our second visit. When I left, I paid an outstanding restaurant bill for 50 euros including a tip with a Girocard. But the load only took place 10 days later, for whatever reason. This resulted in a return debit, for which the bank directly withheld fees from me. Call the hotel. The breakfast was great, the staff were moderately friendly and sometimes rude, what's not good is the condition of the rooms: mold in the bathroom, stained curtains, taped windows, the balcony uncleaned by the last guests, the room smells of some kind of cleaning products, room sprays whatever. We ventilated for hours, which only helped to a limited extent. I understand the many negative comments about this. The price is put into perspective by the fact that FS and entry to the thermal baths are included. We didn't use the latter, but it doesn't seem to be the latest either. This is the second time we have been here. We booked an apartment that unfortunately wasn't perfectly clean when we arrived. With work experience, such things immediately struck you. Unfortunately, last year was the same problem, we were immediately offered an alternative and so we moved to the manor house. Now to the positive, everything else was perfect again, no matter whether service, breakfast, dinner, children's program and much more, we decided not to come here again for no reason. We planned to go to the resort this week. The trip was booked via Booking. Unfortunately, I ended up in the hospital unexpectedly and there was no option to cancel when booking. I then called Booking and wanted to postpone the travel date. Unfortunately, there were a few hurdles due to various price differences. However, Ms. Giganti from the Precise Resort Rügen reservations did everything she could to clarify the matter with Booking as easily as possible. Within a few minutes, Ms. Giganti had sent me a confirmation of my alternative preferred date and the money was saved. That's what I call service!! We are already looking forward to being able to go on vacation soon
It was okay, but it's not really wellness if you have to get fully dressed to reach the splash. There is no direct access. The layout of the room also takes some getting used to. I've never had the bathroom open next to the room entrance door. The breakfast was really very good and left almost nothing to be desired. The staff tried very hard to cope with the crowds. I've never had to queue outside the hotel to get a table for breakfast. We will definitely pay more attention to holiday periods in the future.

Dieses Resort ist einfach erstaunlich. Wir waren bereits 3 mal da und werden dieses Jahr im November wieder da sein. Immer eine Erfahrung, wir wirklich mögen das ganze Konzept.
