We came with a mini crew of 3 adults and 4 kids.. it's a cute friendly place where a lot of locals come for their lunch thus it's friendly and comfy. When you come in the door ; you grab your ticket and order.. it's a little unnerving when it's busy but fun! The employers are very friendly and accommodating. The varieties of bread baked there is amazing and delicious!! Yes, there's gluten free too. You can order soup of the day, sandwiches and quite an extensive variety of salads.. my sandwich was delicious with apples Brie cheese and arugula.. and yes and lovely cakes and pastries and MACROONS which I love ordering and gobbling down when I come to Quebec.Thankyou for the good service.
I came here for a quick lunch. Lots of different sandwich's and salads. Everything always tastes fresh. I had a salmon cream cheese sandwich, it was very good. I also had their antipasto salad which was also very good. Its not a cheap sandwich place however its fresh sandwich's and salad of great quality. Definitely worth a trip! The restaurant is always packed with people. Don't forget to take a number as you enter this restaurant.
Their breads are outstanding, espceially the 'rye/unbleached white' pain de campagne.Sadly, they have discontinued what I , and many others it seems, considered their prize winning bread... the "Buche Biologique"! I would drive miles and miles to pick up a few of these loaves and made the most amazing garlic cheese bread with it. I miss this Buche Biologique so much and cannot imagine why they discontinued it.
Very clean with home feeling ambience , the best thing to buy there is the bread and pastry including chocolat, not cheap for the chocolat but all the good chocolat is not cheap. For lunch they have nice health choice but with a big BUT there salad are missing seasoning, there a little bit blend, it is difficult to season after fact and sometimes the service is very good and other days not so much. Great variety, fresh made-on-premises *everything* but this comes at a price. Nothing is cheap, not even a regular loaf of bread. However is you want that special bread - you'll find it here. Expect to pay upwards of 15$ for a lunch meal trio.
Whenever we need a special cake or baked goods for an occasion we always go to Premiere Moisson. We've never been disappointed and they are always received with appreciation - always fresh and tasty. Always busy but staff is very friendly.
Immaculate in both resto and pastry area! A huge turnover, even when there is a snowstorm, there are always customers here. A great selection in breads, quiches, pastries and salads. Dine in or take out. It is our go to place.

Had great lunch.asian soup and chicken cous-cous with good coffee and rhubarb /strawberry pie. Took home a great citrus/strawberry bread.
