Worst Presotea in Perth. The biggest fail to me was: My tea tasted like water with a hint of tea... the black pearls I have ordered to go with my bubble tea was so damn soft it felt I was eating the mush I feed my infant. That soft chewy texture that pearls supposed to have wasn't there. You have such a big area to prep the bubble teas perhaps clean it up a bit? Not a fan of the weird staff table sitting in the same area, shouldn't it be secluded or blocked off from public view? I went to Presotea in Mt Lawley.In regards to the customer service, I would appreciate if your staff can provide with a better quality of it.My question was: can I adjust the sugar or ice level since I couldn’t find the option in the app.And her response was: absolutely not.I understand your staff is very knowledgeable and maybe she feel my question was stupid. But as a customer I would appreciate if she doesn’t show it in front of me.I live in the neighbourhood and I love the bbt, but this is the third time I received such a terrible customer service in this particular store. I won’t come back to this store next time even it means I need to go into the city to get it.
Ich liebe Presotea. Mein Favorit (und seitdem habe ich Aways entfernt) ist Okinawa Brauner Zucker-Milch-Tee mit weniger Eis! Es ist wunderbar! Perfekter Niveau der Süße und ich liebe nur den authentischen Geschmack des Tees! Es ist ideal für jeden Anlass buchstäblich! I love presotea. My favorite (and since then I have aways ordered this) is Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea, with less ice of course! It's amazing! Perfect level of sweetness and I just love the authentic taste of the tea! It is ideal for any occasion literally! Friendly staff and I have to say that they were really efficient too beating a long line of about a dozen people (plus minus) in a matter of minutes! Bravo!

Been here twice. First time the lady at the counter was extremely rude when I needed to confirm my order. Secondly, they got my order wrong and the guy this time barely speaks English. Terrible.
