I came into this location to buy some juice. Juanita or whatever her name is was on the phone did not say hello. I began to ask a couple of questions about the Black History Month selection she didn 't even look up and continue to text on her phone. I try to ask a couple of other questions and she seemed pretty annoyed by the fact that I was disrupting her texting. To the point that my own husband asked her if we come at a bad time. She proceeded to explain that she was dealing with the call out situation on her phone because people make up excuses not to come to work and asked did I do something wrong? I'm going to be very honest businesses that are operated by young staff doesn't always go to well. I'm very impressed with the employees at this location. Very professional and one step above what is usually delivered by such a young crew. I have stopped by a couple of times enough to get to know each crew member. Juanita is one that I happen to be very found of. If it wasn't for her, I don't think I would have ever to the time to stop. She was standing outside the shop with samples in a neatly plastic case. However, this morning I received an email stating that my order was ready at 8:10 am. When I arrived at that time, the door was locked. After calling customer service, I was informed that the location was closed due to an in-store incident. Just a week prior, my brother had tried to visit around 9 am only to find that they weren't even open. The lack of communication and integrity from this establishment is unacceptable. The cleanse started off easy, but by the fourth juice, it became more challenging. There are six juices in total, with the sixth being the most satisfying. I found myself eagerly waiting for the sixth juice each night before bed. My family, however, had filling smoothies at the start and end of their cleanse, which made it harder for me. Despite this, I'm excited to try it again, especially since I heard they're offering another sale.
The juices were sweeter than I expected for a cleanse. Next time, I might try the third hardest cleanse or even do it for two days straight.

She clearly explained they were closed for construction, the ladies kept yelling at her. She kept her cool then called her manager back and said to expect a complaint. She tried her best. Good job!

I have always loved pressed and the products. I went to this location in Manhattan Beach today 4/24/22 and the girl working there was the most rude person I have ever met. She treated the customer before me horribly and then did the same thing with us -I turned around and walked out. This girl should not have a job.
