Half of the menu not available One spoon on mince in the spaghetti bolognaise. Overall very poor would not recommend at all. I can see the staff are overrun with orders but they are still accepting more customers making the whole situation worse.
The waiter was very very good, Josh T fab hair too polite friendly professional and natural. Good good well timed meal with decent times between courses, so we were not rushed at all. The host people, probably mgt, smile be a little more relaxed....One thing to note, we were on a small square table so with space needed for with drinks, wine and food the table was a bit cramped. Branded chains can get lost in policy and process with dining experiences but we had a lovely evening.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the welcoming staff and led to a lovely table for five by the window. We were the first guests in the restaurant, so it remained peaceful. The drinks and food came out promptly and were very delicious. The dining area was clean and pleasant. The only downside was that the restroom was located down some steep steps, but there was a disabled toilet available on the ground floor.

We were glad we made a reservation as the restaurant was very busy near Christmas. The staff were pleasant and the menu was nice. The starters arrived quickly, but there was a delay with the main courses and it took three attempts to get some water brought to the table. My crab spaghetti dish was average and not very flavorful. However, the Arancinni starter was good.
invited to lunch had not booked. manager explained he was short busy and had only a new waitress and ssked us back in min to call he has limit tabs . call the back table that expects the first-class service des managers. Not... waiting for our meal when it came, it was really nice. once again excellent service
visited before the theater and not book, we immediately managed to get into the situation. josh was our waiter and was very friendly, informatiw about gluten-free options and very attentive! total service and good eating, would definitely recommend!
Unhelpful, multiple tables free but wouldn’t seat the two of us. Prebookings should be made clear on the website rather than allowing people to turn up for no good reason.
