This place is a true gem. First, we were impressed by the quiet atmosphere. Restaurants attached to casinos typically are relatively noisy. Not at all The Prime Rib. It was perfectly comfortable. Next, the food. Absolutely first rate. A great Chateauneuf du Pape and raw oysters to start. Then maybe the best lobster bisque on the planet (sounds like hyperbole, but it is NOT). My companion had the chef's special seafood pasta and I had the special steak Diane. With asparagus, creamed corn, and mashed potatoes for sides. All outstanding. Waiter didn’t clean table between servings. Stated that he would bring the berries for the cheesecake. Still waiting. Paid more attention to people using the restaurant menu than us. We ordered from the restaurant week menu. Frequent visitors to the restaurant. The manager to the bus boy all recognized us. First time we ever saw this waiter. Don’t want to see him again.
