The service here is so poor. The waitress was extremely rude and rather indifferent, I asked her for an additional menu since she gave us one to share between 3 people and she shrugged her shoulders like I had asked for something extraordinary. The prices are over priced for the quality, a poor quality bottle of Prosecco is £40, and despite getting two bottles they kept trying to rush us out. It was very rude. On top of this they expect you to pay service charge for their rather low quality service ! I don’t think we will be coming here again.
The manager was extremely rude on the phone. We wanted to make a group reservation, and did not feel welcomed at all. In the end, we didn't go as they told us they could not even guarantee we would be allowed to get in (without giving any particular reason). Also, contrary to what the opening hours suggest, the bar closes at 11pm for non hotel guests.
The staff was so helpful, friendly and service was fast. Visited the bar 2 of 3 nights I stayed at Park Plaza. We loved how cooled and comfortable it was and the table service was also great! Drinks were nice and it was great that we could bring our drinks to our room, which was nice after a long day.
Very stale. Its too obvious you're in a hotel, it feels like a lobby. There was a great jazz band on but it felt so out of place. The drinks are really expensive and the service/ambience doesn't match the crazy prices. £19 for a pint of ale and a cosmopolitan. I can safely say I'll never be back
I spent a fun evening here and received friendly service from very attentive and helpful barstaff. PA does not sound too loud in front of a comfortable seating area. Relaxing, chilled environment to relax after a busy day. Open at the end. Easy access to sockets to charge a phone was practical.
mc and here on a Friday night was a great atmosphere and ambiente, many sitting ropes, fantastic cocktails finger food! a bit on the expensive side, but it's worth it! close to waterloo westminster station, great location!
Decor is nice. More of a transient bar for travellers at the hotel. Great drinks. Service was slow and painful in explaining multiple times. Food didn't look great. No live music witnesses the main reason for coming.

Nice place to relax have a drink or some quite decent food or meal. Very helpful and attentive staff. One really feels welcome and appreciated.
