I was about to order a hoagie when I noticed the person who would have been making my sandwich cleaning the meat slicer station with what appeared to be a dirty towel while still wearing gloves. As I watched more closely, I saw that he didn’t change his gloves after using them for cleaning, possibly with chemicals, and continued handling the dirty towel. Needless to say, I decided not to buy my food and left. It’s really disappointing when staff ignore basic hygiene rules like changing gloves or washing hands before preparing food. A total deal-breaker for me.
