The employee took my name for the order but didn’t check for it afterwards. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food, which was actually sitting on the back counter the whole time. I noticed it but wasn’t sure if it was mine. Eventually, the employee asked for my name again and finally noticed the bag there. It seems like the place is mostly run by teenagers, and there doesn’t appear to be a manager on duty. On the bright side, the hoagies were quite good.
I love primos. But everytime we order primos they get the order wrong. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I believe she was blonde and skinny. She had zero customer service abilities. And I feel like if they mess up an order they should refund it or remake it. But honestly they shouldn’t mess up every time we order. I would go to a different location cause all the other locations I had no trouble. They were just rude.
I can't recommend this place highly enough! I stopped by last minute to get a tray for my salon, and the owner prepared my order right in front of me. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The sandwiches were a huge hit at the salon—everyone loved the Italian hoagie! I can't wait to return and grab a whole sandwich for myself. I definitely suggest this spot for all your catering needs!
Sorry that this place will close after all those renovations. But if you keep serving those skimpy, nasty hoagies, no one will ever go there, and you will have to take your trailer on the road. Nobody cares anymore. Someone should call the franchise police. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My God....I love Primo Hoagies! Hadn't had one for a while and just crushed an Italian Diablo and wow, my mouth is pleasantly on fire and the flavor of bread and Italian meats is amazing. I enjoy a wawa hoagie, but Primo is the Lamborghini!
Ordered here about a week ago. I love primos, but this was just terrible. I got the bada bing and the broccoli rabe was ice cold and the cheese too. The roll was stale. Do better guys.
The customer service was very slow and subpar. I waited 20 minutes for my sub, while several other customers were served before me.
