It hurts me to have to leave this review but this is the second time that Primos has come up subpar. I’m very simple. Turkey cheese on a whole wheat wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers hot peppers, mayo, oil on the side and some chips. You forgot the chips no problem. I’ll chalk it up to a little mistake and will not worry about losing out on the two bucks. But how do we continuously mess up the wrap? First time I had an issue the end of the turkey meat… Those little hard edges were stuffed in the sandwich. Then on top of that there’s no mayo and no tomatoes, hot peppers or sweet peppers. Today, while my wife was watching her hoagies being made, she noticed two female employees trying to fix a mechanical stapler right above her sandwiches. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, she took the sandwiches home. However, halfway through eating one, she discovered METAL STAPLE SHARDS inside it.
She called the store to report the issue and received an apology, but no offer for a refund or replacement sandwiches. Honestly, that was the least of her concerns given the seriousness of the situation. This could have turned out much worse; thankfully, we caught it in time. Primos makes excellent sandwiches. Everything is fresh. I'm in the rewards program and I just had a buy one get one. They have many locations and every time it's excellent. I got the regular seeded Italian roll which is a little crunchy outside and soft inside. Then I looked at the menu and see they also have a low carb wrap. I'm going to try that next time.
Placed my order and then called back to order a larger hoagie tray. When I went to pick up my order thet charged me for the larger tray but did not give me the larger amount that I ordered. Also forgot to give me the mayo, peppers etc that go on thehoagie. Customer service was not good. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

i didn't eat a single bite but i can only imagine by the menu. the guy who helped jump my car was nice i appreciated his help, he didn't have too, so i know lots of good energy goes into the food. God Bless y'all
Shame on you . You need to get out of the hoagie business. Turkey hoagie tasted like a mush hoagie . No response from anyone even corporate when I complained. In addition, poor customer service.
It was what it was and it was good! Their bread seems to be their selling point. I got a cheesesteak with banana peppers. Sandwich sans banana peppers would have sufficed.
I observed that the quality of the meats in their Italian hoagies was superior to that of some other restaurants. They were really great!

Make sure to specify all your preferences when ordering the hoagie, as it will only come with the standard toppings if you don’t.
