If this review were just for the food it'd probably be a 3 maybe 4. It's the customer service and lack of planning there that made this somewhere I won't try again. I went in and was given a take out menu to order from, I decided with the kafta sandwich and loaded fries, I asked for medium which is 8.99. Person helping me informed me that they only have one size now, so I said ooook just give me that then, which ended up being large fries of $11. Of the options from the menu I picked the chicken on the loaded fries, only to find there was a 4$ upcharge. I brought this up to the person helping me and he insisted there was an upcharge for the meat. I ended up showing him the menu says the load...
Today was the first time I ordered food since the remolding. I ordered two chicken shawarma’s, a small Greek salad and a side of garlic sauce. The sandwiches had no flavor and the chicken was dry as if it wasn’t marinated. Also, the host forgot to include the salad dressing in my takeout. I was so disappointed that the food was tasteless. I’ve never had this experience at Princess (West Bloomfield) I’m not sure if I’ll go back because the price this carry out was too costly to be disappointed. Meanwhile, the staff was friendly and the renovations is beautiful.
We LOVE the food! For our family of 5 we always get the platter for 4 and it is enough food for dinner and plenty of leftovers! We ordered tonight and they ran out of yellow rice (which is delicious) so they gave us the wheat... SOOOO good! And to make up for running out they gave us so much extras, fries, extra wheat, extra sauce, bread, and salad. Thank you for being one of the best places for family dinner! We will be back again! 10 out of 10
I entered accidentally thought of entering different restaurant. But the shawarma and the chicken tenders were tasty and fresh.!!! For sure i will go there frequently hereafter specially for the fresh tenders and fries…!!!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I visited for the first time since it changed to Majestic, and I was impressed! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly as well. I will definitely return! I highly recommend it!
The new (or rather, old) owners are back! Everything was exactly as I remembered it! The labneh with garlic is back, and it’s amazing! The chicken shawarma was incredibly flavorful!
Went there today for the first time. The staff was friendly and the food was great. We will use them for our family gathering this weekend. I was very impressed.
