Ordered delivery my daughter took a bite of her pizza and a big black hair was baked right into the cheese needless to say everyone?s appetite was gone after that. Now as disgusting as it was I understand mistakes can happen so I called thinking they would make it right because that?s what you should do as a good business owner but noooo when I called to address it with them they could care less it was like I was bothering them. I ordered from here several times and they would have had a loyal customer but I?ll never spend my money there again. They are lucky I didn?t feel like wasting gas or I would of drove over there and smacked one of them with their disgusting pizza.
I ordered from this restaurant through Slice and I am so grateful that I found them. The food arrived faster than I anticipated and was really fresh. The delivery driver was attentive and took great care in giving me my order. Everything was absolutely delicious! This place may have just become my new favorite local spot. I had no issues at all with my order. ????
The owner, Chris, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you are going to act like that, please do everyone a favor and find a different line of work. There are plenty of other pizza restaurants out there that would appreciate your business. Go elsewhere and support a place that values their customers.
I have been ordering from Proud Papa's for over 15 years and have always been impressed by the excellent food and service. Whenever my kids come to visit, I make sure to have a pie waiting for them. One of my top favorite pizza places in union. Overall good pizza and great toppings. I'd recommended ordering the papa special which is pictured. Unfortunately they do not have garlic knots but besides that everything I have tried there has been pretty good.
I ordered them with slice. I found her. the food was delivered faster than expected and it was fresh. the supplier has taken care of my order. everything was delicious! that's my favorite place. Zero problems with my command.
