Celebrated my birthday day at the 2-Michelin Star Providence. Providence recently also received the Green Star for their sustainable practices. There's a rooftop garden and beehives where they harvest the ingredients for the tasting menu. It was definitely an experience that will live in my memory for a long time! This restaurant is rated 2 Michelin stars, and it is SO well deserved. Such a great dining experience. When I first walked in, I was enthralled by the decoration and ambiance, as well as the friendly faces at the hostess stand. Once we were seated at our table, we ordered a couple of cocktails. They were strong and delicious! As for the courses, we decide on adding on an uni egg to each of our meals and I am so glad we did. I cant believe i havent been to this place before. This is something of a worldwide quality. Everythin, I mean everything we tried was fantastic. Thats an achievement. I have tried many michellin 3 stars and was many times dissappointed on the fakeness of things. This place also has a fantastic bar with best choices of spirits and wine. They keep bees on the roof to make honey for their cocktail. Omg. Basically a 5 star for everything. Good job!! Classy, understated ambiance and absolute top top top level service. Most of the dishes were great, and some were downright insanely good. Sadly, I thought that the mains in the tasting menu were the least impressive, so I could also see a 4* being appropriate here. Cost is obviously the big issue. My wife has been asking to come to this place for like 10 years, but we were much too poor before. This is truly a special place. You're here for a culinary experience at the highest level. The service presentation and food are worthy of Michelin stars. If you want to dazzle yourself and your guest, look no further. I would check out the menu and trust the staff to bring it in a big way! I took my parents here and they still bring up how sublime every bite was. What an experience! Thank you !!
Providence lived up to the hype. The food, service, and ambiance were all worthy of their two Michelin star rating. The cocktails/bar program really deserves more recognition. The flavors and craftsmanship that went into the cocktails truly stood out. The staff also impressed. They rivaled, if not surpassed, some three-Michelin star experiences I've had.
The food and service and experience at Providence was top notch. A special experience and I will encourage friends and families to dine here. I will note that one of my fellow co-diners at the bar felt it necessary to spend the entire two hours on a business phone call, and it was quite off putting
