I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready at 6:50pm. I got there at 6:50 and it seemed to be a little crowded with people in line and waiting for the mobile pickups. When they asked for my name and said it would be ready shortly, I figured I could wait a few more minutes. Fast forward to 7:10 !!! and the food is still not ready keep in mind I am sitting at a booth staring at the workers the entire time as they were glancing at me . People in the regular line were getting their food quickly, and those who placed mobile orders way after me were too. I finally stood up, not knowing why i didn’t do so earlier, and asked where my food was, and only after this did the worker go start m...
Not really sure what been going on here the last few weeks... i work accross the street and order here on average twice a week using the mobile app.... every one of my orders has had something wrong with it... last time i ordered chips and diablo queso and was given regular.... its all small things but at the end of the day my order is wrong and i dont have time to get it fixed as im on break from work... please figure how to do better again... i went almost a year without a problem from this place.... still better the chipotle though
We used to be Chipotle people but now we choose Qudoba over Chipotle every time!! They are more consistent in taste, quality, and quantity. Service is always great. We usually order ahead of time and out of the 20+ times we’ve ordered in the last 2 years, they’ve only messed up our order once and made it right when I said something. Qudoba over Chipotle always!!
Staff is always very friendly, decent portions and food is always fresh. I wish qdoba didn’t get rid of impossible meat or cauli flower rice though. The seating area is always clean. Chipotle locations are a hot mess, so I go out of my way to specifically go to Qdoba

I haven't visited a Qdoba in a long time, and I realize now that I've really been missing out! I ordered the steak burrito with all the toppings (queso and guac are included, no extra charge!) along with chips and queso. It was incredibly delicious!
Very bad experience with this location. Ordered delivery of food. Chips come with Qdoba entree with take out and delivery. I ordered 3 entrees and there was no chips and quantity also was very less compared to a take out.
This Qdoba is consistently the best and cleanest one I've visited. The chicken is always fresh and tender, the guacamole is expertly made, and the staff really knows what they're doing. Great job!
Love how you can make your own bowl or burrito. Great tasting food better than Chipotle in my opinion. I wish there were locations closer to where I live! Good place all around
