My partner was sick so I ordered their cravings over phone on the way home from work. I told them the wrong entree and it was super easy to call back and correct the order. They were quick to field questions about which dishes were vegetarian and made good recommendations for substitutes.Portions were huge on general tso's tofu, and the spicy tuna sushi were tightly rolled and great consistency. Generous tubs of complementary miso soup, and the loveliest hand written note nestled in with oolong tea bags. We get Chinese takeout usually at least once a month, and Qing Mu is one of our go to restaurants. The food is consistently good, very reasonably priced, and they are great to deal with, even when they are busy, which is often. We have our favorites like the General Tso‘s chicken or the beef with string beans but everything we have had there has been good. It’s definitely a takeout place, there’s really no place to eat in the restaurant itself but it’s a great location easy to get to.
We’ve been going to the same place for years. This was our first time getting take out here and I was impressed. Very friendly delivery driver even had a note in the bag. For a Friday night our food came on time and still hot. Great price for the sushi and the food was really good. I’m normally very hesitant to order sushi from new places but this was a hit. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Happy to have a new good place in havertown.
Food was excellent, received 2 free egg rolls and some tea bags as well, I love tea thank you. Also got a nice thank you note in the bag with the meal that was soo nice, the little things like that will make me come back again and again. Simply FANTASTIC food and service. We were treated so well, I thought I was back in Japan to be honest. The owners of the restaurant were waiting in the dining area of the restaurant and welcomed us. The fried rice was AMAZING, yakisoba decent, poke bowl good, sushi so good. Packaging for takeout was unbelievably thoughtful. Will TOTALLY be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The owner was really kind and warm. Ordered Chicken Hibachi with Fried Rice set. Miso soup was really hearty, Fried rice felt like home, and chicken very tender. I will definitely come back.
