Great staff with all the best intentions. A very diverse group as well. Had a couple of players from a tournament who were very rude to the tournament staff and the venue staff. But they handled themselves well despite the slandering comments of the players about being racist. The player had a non player even put up a review @eve cegarra, saying the staff was racist. They are not by anymeans. The players were just mad that they were required to leave and were disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct, and after attempting to assault the referee in front of children. I recently celebrated a birthday, and the staff, including the manager on duty, were fantastic! They were very attentive and professional. While planning the event, Mr. Gary (the manager) was a pleasure to work with and was understanding of one of my guest’s dietary restrictions, offering me some alternative food options. My guests had a wonderful time, especially the guest of honor. I highly recommend this place!
My husband and I had the pleasure of hosting our rehearsal dinner and meet and greet here at Q-Master Billards. And it was the perfect place to host all of our family and friends! Take advantage of the discount days—they're worth it! Surprisingly, the food here was quite delicious. The onion rings were fantastic! Kristine is our server, and she is incredibly attentive, providing excellent customer service. She always greets us with her warm smile, which adds to the great experience. Her level of care keeps us coming back week after week.
Went out for my birthday and brought 12-15 Coworkers a ton of business). Our Server Ashley was fantastic but me and several others witnessed the manager be unnecessarily rude to our waitress!! Felt bad for her!
