We came on a late Sunday afternoon. We had just left the WingHouse on Ulmerton without eating (see review). Intent on not letting that ruin our afternoon we decided on Quaker Steak Lube. It is the opposite direction to our house from WH and twice as far, but we'd been one other time and had a good experience. Upon arriving we found a bike show had just ended. The patio was packed but we still got a table. There were so many rad bikes and awesome vendors, and a really good live band on a huge stage. Our server Kacie was a rock star. Cool, friendly, professional, and on top of it. She ran that entire patio and never missed a beat. Kept our drinks and bellies full. We tell our kids all the time...
The restaurant was super fun to go to, and the alcoholic drinks were great! Only thing was the Spicy Buffalo was recommended to us because it was Spicy and we were highly disappointed when there was practically no spice at all So if you have a spice tolerance maybe try some of their hotter wings and you should be good to go! Our server was super attentive and sweet, and the food was decent for its price (Note none of their wings come with fries or a Drinks so you 'll be paying for each individual side and drink individually ; ; I don 't think I 'd recommend it for children especially if they do not finish their food often, because you 'll be spending a little more than you normally would ex...
The BEST fish and chips ever! Was there for my son's wedding reception, I ordered double tall Jack Cokes which was fine but waited about an hour for my 3rd. Waitress was Taylor I believe, and she was friendly and accurate and I know she was busy dealing with the party of 30 that we had so I was patient, but kinda lost my buzz at the point of getting my 3rd drink. Gave her a good tip as I felt she deserved it, maybe she just needed additional help with such a large party.
Terrific Car Culture on Thursday Nights!! Car show/ cruise in every Thursday! Lots of spaces on parking lot and well attended. Food is typical bar food. Some items stand out cheese steak for one. The throw back menu is so good needs to stay on the menu for ever. But besides the great food the bartender Gina is my main reason for returning, with her wonderful personality always makes you welcome. Danni another one of my favorites, both find time for you. Great service, becoming a regular hangout.
Here on Sunday 4/21/2024 and just warning everyone the raffle is a scam. We waited as the Beared Brothers were playing for the 4:00 raffle. Never happened. When I asked they said conveniently the girl working the ticket booth won. Scam!!! Better places to go especially in Tampa
Great hangout but always reccommend sitting outside esspecially when the weather is nice awesome the drink prices are a bit high 5-6$ beers 8$ mix no real drink happy hour!
