Quartermaster Eatery offers the vibe of a trendy New York City spot right in the heart of Revelstoke. The stunning bar at the center sets a stylish tone, and the martinis were truly exceptional. Our server, May, was friendly, attentive, and provided fantastic recommendations that added a personal touch to our evening. The menu was inventive with a variety of intriguing choices. We began with burrata and seared scallops, followed by the char siu cod and pork schnitzel for our main courses. Each dish was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. An outstanding dining experience at the bar from start to finish. The recent remodel looks fantastic, and the food exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the duck and fried chicken as our main courses, both of which were excellent. Dessert was spot on. Christopher, the bartender, is a true gem who enhanced the entire meal. This place is exceptionally well managed, with a top-notch kitchen and a smooth, efficient front of house. In my humble opinion, it’s one of the best, if not the very best, restaurants in town. After riding my motorcycle all day and finding several places closed, the waitress noticed me looking around and kindly invited me to sit down. She brought me a water and encouraged me to browse the menu, assuring me there was no pressure if nothing caught my eye. It was wonderful to relax on the quiet patio, enjoy a beer, and savor some Korean chicken. The food was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this spot.
