The restaurant was not all that busy, so we were in and out in just over an hour. Good or bad depends on your perspective. We were very pleased with our decision to come here. Both the service (waitress was a hoot) and the food were great. Not an extensive by-the-glass wine list, but then our experience in Montreal was that no restaurant had one. We would go back and would recommend to a friend.
Pierluigi is an amazing chef-manager. His food is over the top. His servers make everyone feel at home. I’ve dined all over the world. Ristorante Quattro is world-class.
