June 4th, 2023 in the late afternoon my brother and I attended this establishment. We both ordered a beer to start. Upon the arrival of our beverage I was served a dirty glass to which I attempted to clean with my sanitizer to no avail Health and Safety issue). I then approached the server and quietly away from other patrons and requested a new glass as I was unsuccessful in cleaning it myself. The sever took my glass and indeed came back with a cleaner glass with an explanation and apology as it took just over a half an hour for me to receive a consumable beverage) and I then requested a coaster as all the other patrons around us received one with the exception of my brother and I.We receiv...
Food is not worth the price. People smoking right beside the patio not a very pleasant place to eat. What are the spinach dip with chips and Nan bread, the chips and Nan bread were deep-fried, and the Nan bread could’ve been used as a Hammer. Received one of the plates was dirty, requested another one waitress must’ve forgotten didn’t bother bringing it back.I would not recommend this to anyone.
We stopped in the restaurant this morning around 10:00 AM!! The waitress was amazing!! My wife and I had placed our order and when it came to the table the waitress apologized that all the items weren’t on my plate!! And went and got the sausage and pemeal bacon!! But we still didn’t get our beans as advertised on the menu!! So this is the reason for my low stars for the food!!
Amazing place that has great food and service staff. They put on punk and hardcore shows on the dance side. Sadly the only down side to this is the amount of smoke they blast in the venue well the bands are playing. Very unnecessary and horrible for singers voice well performing. Went here for a concert and everything was great. The sound was good for the size and shape food the venue space. My only issue was they only had bottles of Canadian for a beer choice. Im not expecting draft beer but some cans or other choices would be nice in the future. I’m sure I’ll be back and maybe it was a one time thing.
Service was bad. We asked for water and it had a taste of chlorine. We asked if they can change it she said that 's all we have and being rude all the time at first she threw coasters on the table. We had lunch, found a bug in my burger. live music was too loud. We couldn 't talk to each other. Never coming
QUEENS IS MY DAWG.I had bottle service the whole weekend and I couldn’t have had a better time here. The girls were AMAZING and took care of me the whole night. The management handled altercations VERY swiftly. Security I love you.GOING BACK ASAP.Highly recommend.

Four high school buddies who quite enjoyed the band Friday June 16th!Our waitress, Jen, was wonderful! Very sweet and very attentive and friendly and just a great waitress!
