When I walked into the store, I saw no workers. Then after about 30 seconds they came out from the back. I ordered the beef barbacoa bowl. I noticed right away that the portions are very small compared to the bowls at other establishments. I asked for double meat because of this. I got every topping except jalapeños. When I asked for pickled onions, I was told there was non left… I believe that the employee was just too lazy to refill the empty container. This upset me, because someone with great costumer service would’ve checked the back and made an effort. The kids' meal advertisement clearly states it comes with a burrito, rice, and beans, but the employee refused to add the rice and beans. He said that was how he was trained and that there was no manager available at the moment. The entire restaurant had a strong smell of smoke. Additionally, we had to wait 15 minutes just to begin placing our order. Some customers who arrived after us had to wait another 15 minutes for our order to be completed.
I ordered large beef burrito, the burrito looks normal but when I bite into it not even halfway eating my burrito, I realize that there is no beef. Kind a disappointed paying 42 bucks when there is not even beef, I should have ordered vegetables.
This is my go-to place to eat when travelling to and from my lake property. The burritos are very tasty and the customer service here is incredible. They are always friendly and kind. I highly recommend it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
