I stayed away from this Quick Chek for quite some time because I previously had a bad experience there. However, I thought I would give it another try after about 4 years. What I found funny was that when I went in the store after work around 5:30pm, the store was completely empty. You would think because no one was in the store you would get great service right? WRONG!! It took the kid who works at the counter 5 minutes to walk up to the counter from the back of the store where he was checking his cell phone. Also since the store was totally dead, the staff could use the down time to wipe the tables, counters, etc. and tidy up the store. The store was a complete mess. Spilled coffee and sod...
I stopped at breakfast. I ordered turkey wurstei and cheese on a Portuguese roll and has rounded off by the self-service monitor. the person who was supposed to have been behind the theke was not there. a dame from the coffee area helped, although a part of my order was wrong. she wanted to give me 4 hash-rounds instead of the 6 for which I paid for until I corrected them and I didn't get a cheese on my sandwich. I wasn't very happy when I had to work and saw my eating.
This place really needs more staff. Every time I visit this location in Roseland, there are only two workers, even though the other stalls are always busy. I used to work in retail, and I find it quite disappointing that there are only two employees handling everything. It's such a shame, and I really hope the owner reads this review. They either don't understand the needs of the business, are being cheap, or possibly both.
Big, new and spacious. Either it's brand new or they recently renovated it. Large layout. Love their coffee. Plenty of room in the eating area (most QC's have a small 1-2 table spot if at all). This place has 10+ tables. Sandwiches are average at best...not the highest quality meats...think subway. Staff is efficient. Prices are good when it comes to the coffee. The location on Raymond Blvd can be inconsistent. There are times when the staff engages in lengthy conversations while there are seven or more people waiting in line to be served. While a few employees demonstrate great customer service skills, others seem to think they're too important and walk away, leaving you waiting for a $13 order that you've already paid for. It’s quite frustrating.
Your mobile app is b . 7-Elevens works so much better. Learn from them they have what we want. Until then I will boycott quickcheck cuz your sub ordering and everything else is a pain in the balls. please fix this if you're going to order online make sure you're wasting your time because it does not work. Not a fan.
I want to emphasize once again that I'm completely behind this review, even years later. I wouldn't give it any stars. I'd rather endure anything else than return to this fast-food establishment. I dislike this place more than I can express.
I hate to say it but I think Quick Chek coffee has replaced DD's as my favorite. (I know, blasphemy right? I love all of their products. Great sandwiches freshly made on their own bread! Plus I love how it's all automated. Very cool! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Super happy with this location. If Sam is behind the deli, make sure she makes your sandwiches!! She's fast, efficient, friendly and always knows how to make a great sandwich. Never had a problem when she's there!
