Always stop here for water sandwiches prior to getting to the beach. They have a good size parking lot, a lot of products, some I never seen before, example Aztec spicy chips (straight fire in your mouth) deli counter is pretty prompt. They really push you to use self service registers instead of supporting an employee to work for you...which I find annoying because I dont work for quick check and I'm not getting a discount so why should I ring myself up?
The rest rooms are good, but it stops there. Dysfunctional on so many levels. Online ordering system can fix this first? Then train the staff on how online order works and how to talk to customers, especially the kitchen staff.
I had a young lady named Sierra who had helped us at the counter had so much enthusiasm and happiness about it was an extremely pleasant experience. I hope she will be recognized for her amazing customer service.
Even if I live about 30 minutes away, I enjoy coming here. The overnight staff is very friendly to me, and are always fun to speak. Keep the great work, boys.
