This is the worst place ever.I went for the advertised all you can eat crab legs for $39.99. (My father also order crab)The other people in my party ordered other items. About 30 minutes later our food comes, and mine and my fathers plate’s contained 4 cluster and 3 of the 4 clusters were still cold and not just because they sat to long. Because they were not cooked long enough.(Seriously)So we send them back. 30 minutes later the waitress comes by and says they have to boil the water again.(What? All you can eat crab legs and you don’t have a pot of water continuously boiling… STUPID.Well about 15 minutes later my father, canceled his crab legs and ordered something different.His dinner cam...
Truly the most disrespected i’ve felt leaving a restaurant. My brother and sister in law and I arrived at the R Bar at 630 pm on a Saturday night, expecting it to be busy with no problem waiting for an open table. To our surprise, we arrived with only 2 tables full, leaving 7 completely open. To our confusion, we waited for 25 minutes at the “hostess stand” in order to be seated. 3 waitresses passed by us over 15 times as we waited, not greeting us let alone telling us to take a seat at any of their open tables. I literally felt like I was in the twilight zone and was invisible or something. I asked 5+ times about getting a table to which the waitresses replied “wait a minute.” I understand...
it hurts my heart to give this place only 2 stars. as native we are often here for crab legs in pastness, but never again! at $60 for 2 lbs they increased $20 per plate) they would expect at least the same quality as they had in the past. not the case. the half of the crabs were empty. the potato was good. in the round had a $60 baked kartoffel per person. our mistake we didn't ask, but somehow quality was terrible.
we ordered the darkened wings with fries and a side of their homemade blue cheese dressing. the wings. excellent! so tender and juicy. the service was very good. will be back! 5/14/22 We returned today for a beer and the annoyed wing. I think r bar has the best wing in pinellas county. so tender and juicy. and the seasoning is very good. we will get our wings further here and megan and alex are awesome! great food! great service! they were oysters when we came there, but the manager had brought more oysters to the restaurant within minutes! the prizes were great! I'm a hard critic in that, because I look a lot and had a hospitable for over 10 years. this little place impressed me more than some high-end restaurants where I was. the wings were delicious? will come back
A cool beach themed dive bar. They have a full selection of beer and booze with love entertainment. The food was great my only complaint would be the service was slow and they seemed short staffed. Our waitress was also bartending and making appetizers and didn't come by often to check on us. Overall I recommend this spot for a quaint casual bar.
Okay, my man and I were looking for a late night to eat and everything was closed after 9 o'clock, ubuntu found r bar. I expected dipping and gourmet! the fish and the koleslaw was delicious! the service was also so good. next time, I'll be close during the day.
