Went on Christmas day you could tell they had only half the stash and were not prepared even for the small amount of customers they did get. Our server was great but overall experience poor. My martini came out half full. The rib appetizer for $15 literally had five ribs at one by each. I ordered a spicy lobster cut roll, and there was honestly a piece of lobster, the size of a TicTac in each of the cut pieces almost completely undetectable with the eye. You're naming it a lobster roll with almost 0 lobster or crab and let us. I really wanted to add pictures. But I don't see that it's giving me that option. The restaurant was not busy when I arrived. After being seated by the host, I waited 15 minutes for a server to come to my table. I eventually approached the host to ask about the server's whereabouts. When the server finally arrived, she informed me that it wasn't her assigned table but that she would take care of me anyway. To be honest, her service didn't start off well, but overall it was acceptable.
This is our third year in a row going here to celebrate my son's birthday. His choice. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait for the table to be ready. The place was empty. The server told my son he could select a dessert for his birthday and told us that it was complimentary. I was charged. The happy hour options used to be great. Not any more. Will not return.
The sushi at this restaurant is truly outstanding! The fish is extremely fresh, and the rice is seasoned just right. Every bite is packed with flavor, making you want more. Food was tasty with a speedy service... unfortunately one of the drinks contained a fruit bug. Drink was removed and covered by the manager. Also, my wife and i were gifted a dessert due to the inconvenience. Overall, due to how the situation was handled we had an alright experience for my wife's birthday celebration.
Sat in the bar area...customer service was great! I ordered Lobster Spring Rolls and Spicy Chicken Fried Rice. I didn't think it would be that spicy, but it was too spicy for me....so if you like spicy food, that rice will definitely be up your alley.
The food is always great! From the appetizers, the ramen, and the sushi! We had a new waiter, and he did a great job! I feel bad I forgot his name, but he was only 3 days old on the job. Thank you for being patient with us as well!
It was me my family's 1st time here, we celebrated our Anniversary, food was delish, waitress was friendly nice to my 5 yr old daughter, conversated w/ us. Love the ambiance choice of music they were playing. Will def come back : Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Celebrated a birthday with a party of 5. Service was a bit slow, and food took a real long time to come out. Music was really loud so hard to communicate with anyone. Food was good though.
