I often mention that there's no rush since I’m not in a hurry; I want to ensure they don’t feel stressed, considering how hard they work, yet my food always arrives on time. The portion sizes are generous and the food is delicious. They accommodate my vegetarian requests by substituting meat with tofu and other options. The Chinese donuts for dessert are fantastic. I've been ordering from this restaurant for years, but tonight changed my mind. I placed an order totaling $53.49, and they got two dishes wrong. I called them right away, and they promised to send a driver with the replacement food, but he never showed up. They asked me not to touch the incorrect food, so I didn't feed my kids. When I called back, I was put on hold and hung up on twice! I will never order from them again; they've lost a long-time customer!
