We absolutely love Cane's and would be thrilled if they came to Florida! Unfortunately, our recent visit was a bit of a disappointment—not because the food was bad, it was actually delicious, but because we received the wrong order. We had planned to share the Caniac Combo since it seemed like a lot of food after a long trip. We packed our meal before checking into the hotel, and I usually double-check my order before leaving the drive-thru, but I didn't this time, which was my mistake. The meal we received wasn't the Caniac Combo—it only had 4 pieces of chicken instead of 6. Staff was so friendly and fast! But the food was subpar I drove out of my way because this is one of my most favorite food chains, but this location specifically has left me disappointed all day, even the sweet tea was gross. The chicken was very gritty and the fries have a funny taste. They need to pride themselves more in cooking the food better because if they gave the same energy as they do customer service to the food it would be a recommendable, 5 star fast food joint.
Many restaurants strive to create the perfect fried chicken fingers, and this place truly knows how to do it right! The staff here are friendly, and both the restaurant and restrooms are clean. The dipping sauce is fantastic, the chicken is crispy, and the Texas toast is delicious! The fries are usually generous and served hot. Next time, I’ll make sure to take pictures and give a shout-out to several team members for their great service!
Foosackly was closed so I decided to try Cane's. I went inside to order. I waited about 7 minutes to get my order placed. It took 20 minutes to get my party pack of 25 tenders. I was disappointed. visits in cain’s in other cities were excellent visits. this visit to the ice machine did not work so that they scrubbed ice from a bucket under the counter. something was wrong with the drink machine because all drinks were flat. the place could have been a bit cleaner. that was good.
I was disappointed, ordered a #3 combo. I literally had 10-14 fries in my box. I don't know if they didn't want to fry more or just didn't care but I was upset. The sweet tea was horrible, liquid diabetes. I advise you to check your food before you leave.
Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and everyone was working. Two to three were constantly wiping down tables and surfaces. Manager was cleaning other areas inside and out the whole time we were there. Women's bathroom was clean and stocked.

If you're a fan of bland food, this is the place for you. The dishes lack flavor, and the sauce tastes like pepper. I won't be dining here again.
