tonight. I'm waiting for a huge combo family record. I just saw it sitting there when the chefs were finished with my order. I stood there and looked at my order, they did not touch her or even looked at her. I stood there for 5-8 minutes until I went to the counter, and the hired stared at me. didn't tell me. until one of the workers asked if I wait for command or receive a command. I said, my name, he asked another worker that the hired man had to ask where my food was. as it was right in front of them the whole 5-8 minutes. my name was not called. they haven't even packed my food. it was packed, but in the restaurant it was not so badly packed. It was my first time eating at Cane's. The staff was friendly enough, apologetic at forgetting my Texas toast the first trip, but just felt something lacking. The chicken tasted good (the outside of the chicken tenders was a bit soft, not crunchy not sure if it supposed to come that way, I just assumed), the Texas toast was VERY delicious, do not like whatever it is they put as a dressing in their coleslaw, and the crinkle cut fries were soft. I will go back, sometime and give it a second chance maybe they were just having a bad day.
oh my, a friend told me about this place. I had to try. the first time today. my son has swung on the chicken fingers! he is also picky. I think it's best he said. the sauce was good, not even near a 1000 island. that's not so sweet. Huhn was crispy and damp. fries were perfect. cole Slav was good. not like kfc. texas toast was the bomb! and it's quite a lot to do. waits in line 10 minutes. Eating was for me in 6 minutes. fast and the staff was friendly and accommodating. first visit: 5 stars
I'm really pleased to see that there are staff taking orders in line, as it makes the process much quicker now. However, there was one issue: they didn’t complete our order. We had double-checked it in line and even mentioned that we ordered an extra toast. They need to take a bit more time to ensure that orders are complete. The food is absolutely delicious! I visited around 1 PM on Wednesday when the place was empty, but it gets really busy later. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the coleslaw was good, and the bread was soft and tasty. Everything was perfect! I will definitely be coming back.
insane eating, good service. I've never seen a face from a customer or a coworker. everyone is super friendly. FAST flash drive thru service, and the ordering process was smooth and efficient. pay the extra .43 for the sauce. that's worth it. bear chicken ever.
delicious! I was addressed by a coworker on the day before my first cane. very fresh! coleslaw. I usually don't eat it, but at my visit it was totally rejected. fulfilling and satisfying! they must make it a visit.

Crazy. Awesome. Collegiate. Girls chicken everywhere! Security looks mean, serious, highly attentive (carries an angry sidearm). Great food!!! Fun atmosphere (when your leaving).
