My first time ever visiting a Chick fil A. since I don?t know the menu I ordered the number 2 (mini chicks) well I didn?t check my receipt and it turned out I got the spicy sandwich. So, I went to the counter and Andrew very nicely said no problem, let me get the manager. When she came over I even apologized for not knowing the menu, and she very rudely said it will b 15 mins minimum for the mini chicks, so, I said no thank U don?t worry. Just give me a refund. Well, she went over to my table to get the soda and the fries back. So, she could give me a full refund. ?. I said get them, but I guess, she realized how rude that looked, cause other clients were watching us and she went back to the...
I visited this restaurant during a slow period with no wait at all; it was around noon on a Saturday, July 13th. The staff was very polite and the service was quick. The servers frequently checked on us to ensure everything was okay. We even noticed them disinfecting surfaces around the restaurant. The ambiance featured fresh, natural flowers, and the best part is that they speak Spanish! I highly recommend this place and would love to return.
Second time trying Chick-fil-A and all I can say is it was the BEST fast food chicken chain I've ever been too! The number 2 spicy deluxe was so mouth-watering, delicious and tasty! Customer service here was great! I don't know what her name was, but a really nice brunette was fascinated because I was British and said she'd never met someone from the UK! Wish I'd gotten her name
Went this morning and placed a huge order for my family and I. I called several times while eating and after, even messaged on Facebook to see if anyone could assist me. I was missing a whole meal from my order and just wanted some assistance without having to go back to the restaurant. I have yet to receive a call back or a response as well. Just poor customer service.
I ordered on the Chick-fil-A app and my order was ready within 5 minutes. The staff was super polite and everything was labeled on where to go to pick up mobile orders. The Chick-fil-A minis are my absolute favorite. I just wish they were served all day!!
Drive thru line is out the door but frosted lemonade is well worth the wait. I love the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich the waffle fries. Sauces are fire!! Be prepared to hear my pleasure after thanking them for their service. Amazing service.
There's not much to add that isn't already well known, but Chick-fil-A is simply delicious. This location, and every other location, consistently delivers great food. One of my favorite aspects is how fresh everything always tastes.
The customer service here is fantastic! The food is delicious, though it is a bit on the pricey side. I can't wait to see some coupons!
It was amazing to combine honey and hot sauce with Chick-fil-A sauce; that combination was incredible!
