I used the drive-thru because it did not look busy, but I sat in li e for over 5 minutes before the line even moved. Then, after I ordered, there was another delay. I ordered a 4 piece with a large sweet tea. Once I received my food, I parked and started eating. The french fries were soggy, the chicken was a little chewy, which is not what I have previously experienced. And, when I took a drink of my tea, it was not sweet tea. Fortunately, I was in the parking lot, so I walked in and informed them of the mistake, and after dumping the regular tea, I used the self-service to get a sweet tea.
It’s nothing like fresh chicken fingers right out of the fryer with a slice of hot Texas toast. Canes is one of my quick go to places when out and about. Easy and quick access to the window with young people who are actually pleasant when you are given your take out order— thanks Caleb — for your courteous smile— you actually seemed happy to be at work. Again, the meaty chicken fingers are the freshest!Kid-friendliness: Loads of options!
Wonderful food but service is inconsistent and sometimes frustrating. Love their chicken and the sauce is spectacular, but I have had two orders messed up and one of the orders they said their is nothing they could do about it even though we had a receipt and the order was severely messed up.

This is the best Cane's I've been to. Always super fast a lunch time. My food it ready before I get finished filling my drink. Other Cane's taste like plain flour and chicken but you can taste a little salt added here, and it definitely makes a difference.
I placed a drive-through order for the Box combo with extra bread, no coleslaw, and a Sprite. They got my order right, and the food was fresh. It was a nice, straightforward, and quick meal while I was out. Food: 5/5.

The chicken was both crispy and juicy, and the sweet tea was excellent. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.
