Every time I go to this location, I get nothing but horrible service and attitudes. Most of the time they tell you the system is down because they don’t want to take your order. Just sad. I would give zero stars but it wouldn’t let me.

Was closed before 9pm but didn't get a chance to order because the worker asked me don't I see its not that many employees to stay open for business I said do it look like I'm keeping count of who at work
I always enjoy eating at Rally's because the food is consistently fresh. That said, the drive-thru service could be better; they seldom say thank you, and napkins are usually just thrown into the bag.
