I asked for bacon, but it looked like they just tossed on an old, burnt piece and crumbled it. I will never order from them again, and this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience. Previously, my food also tasted old, as if it had been sitting in the fridge and then reheated. I won’t be giving them another chance.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering the Big Buford; it’s not as great as it seems. The patties are more like medium size rather than big, and they were dry and lacking flavor. There were no pickles either! You’re much better off getting double cheeseburgers from Wendy’s, Burger King, or even my least favorite, McDonald's. The only reason I gave a star was for the fries.

I placed an online order for two combos, and it ended up taking over half an hour longer than expected. My boyfriend had to wait 10 minutes at the window before anyone even acknowledged him. They didn't seem too busy, as there were only four cars in the drive-thru. Shaking my head.
