When she finally returned, I checked my receipt and saw a charge of $1.09. I had a coupon for a large fry, but my order had been filled incorrectly. I waited at the window until she opened it again, and that’s when I took a photo. She then informed me that she couldn’t take the fry back. I accepted this, but her attitude was so apathetic that she sent one of the younger employees to hand me the fry through the window. I noticed he wasn’t wearing a hat or a hairnet.
It’s clear that the cashier needs to be replaced; she had a very unpleasant demeanor, almost as if I was inconveniencing her. Because of this experience, I’m unlikely to return to this location. I usually go to the Bridgeton stor...
I really enjoy Rally's and think their food is excellent. However, one thing that frustrates me is receiving the wrong items with my orders. For instance, when I order a Baconzilla without ketchup, without mayo, and with cheese sauce, I expect exactly that—not one with excessive mayo, a bit of ketchup, and no cheese sauce. Similarly, when I order one of their limited-time Sourdough Burgers, I shouldn't end up with a regular hamburger on plain, untoasted white bread. At that point, my order has been completely altered, and it's not what I paid for. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring problem; during my last three visits to this Rally's location, they haven't been able to get my orders...
The burger was very cold and seemed old, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The chicken sandwich tasted like it had been dropped on the floor. I asked for bacon, but it looked like they just tossed on an old, burnt piece and crumbled it. I will never order from them again, and this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience. Previously, my food also tasted old, as if it had been sitting in the fridge and then reheated. I won’t be giving them another chance.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed indifferent to customer concerns. I waited over thirty minutes for our food, only to receive it cold. I'm genuinely worried about potential food safety issues and will consider legal action if we end up getting sick. I highly recommend avoiding this place for your own safety. It would be wise for the health department to investigate.

I placed an online order and was able to pick up my food in just 15 minutes. I tried the "pick two" option with mozzarella sticks. I rated the experience 3 stars due to the service and the quality of the other food. However, when I went to eat my chili dog, I noticed that the hot dog was grey. I won’t order the chili dog again, but I might consider visiting this location in the future.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering the Big Buford; it’s not as great as it seems. The patties are more like medium size rather than big, and they were dry and lacking flavor. There were no pickles either! You’re much better off getting double cheeseburgers from Wendy’s, Burger King, or even my least favorite, McDonald's. The only reason I gave a star was for the fries.

I placed an online order for two combos, and it ended up taking over half an hour longer than expected. My boyfriend had to wait 10 minutes at the window before anyone even acknowledged him. They didn't seem too busy, as there were only four cars in the drive-thru. Shaking my head.
