Shout out to this rally’s for just being great tonight. I went here last minute to grab something quick and my order took a little longer than normal but I was cool with it I noticed they were busy. So after having me pull to the side they soon bought out my order which was super hot and fresh plus they threw in a pie!...and on top of all that I noticed there was a kitten on the side of the building who they laid food out for and made sure he was out of harms way!! So shout out to you rally’s for great customer service, hot food and saving kitchens all at the same time
it took over 45 minutes to wait for a pick-up order. they ignored us almost 10 minutes in the window. 4-5 employees are in the kitchen speaking while a worker cooked. they have made our order wrong and forgotten our drink. came back to the drink, and that took 15 minutes. would not recommend this location at all. unless you're boring and want to sit in the car for an hour?
I just love rally's. Even if u feel its not fresh just tell them they will get u right. I never had attitude from rallys compared to all these other fast food chains. Like they be mad for no reason then catch a attitude when u ask for fresh food like sheesh would you eat stale cold food.
rallys eating is still decent, but not almost as good as before. I get that regulatory problems have to happen and that things have to be changed so that companies need to find out how to continue making money and change things, but I don't understand why recipes change. food: 3/5

Mcdonalds didn't have their shake machine up during their lunch rush, so I went across the street and had absolutely no problem getting 3 here! Friendly
I haven't had a Big Buford in yearsPittsburgh use to have three Rally's locations, but they have all been closed for almost ten years.
I got the 2 for one fish sandwich for Lent. It was fresh and hot. Yeahhh! The young lady was nice. And didn't rush me.
great food. the best I ever had. yummy would literally come back for moa.
