The restaurant is always bustling, yet the female staff members put in great effort to ensure that all customers are served promptly and happily. It's essential for patrons to remember to leave a tip. We've consistently been welcomed with warm smiles and polite service, often exceeding our experiences at other dining establishments. It's evident that the staff is well-trained in customer service, and their outstanding attentiveness is genuinely appreciated.
Love the flavors of the ices and ice creams. The staff is really nice and they work hard. Gotta tip them. We had the specialty sundaes only once and we both thought they were way too heavy on toppings and sweet sauces and not enoughice cream... made us a little nauseous, so we'll stick to the basics. Also disappointing how some of the flavors run out, but they have so many great options that the pain doesn't last long.
The variety of flavors made it difficult to discern what each dish was. The staff had an attitude when questions about the menu were asked. It’s disappointing because this place has great potential for a summer night out. The tables could use some attention to ensure they’re splinter-free. With a bit more investment, this place could truly stand out. The food is incredible, and they should showcase it better.
By far the Best Ralph's I've been to. You can walk inside an actual store front and select your ices or ice cream which makes the experience more enjoyable. The store is immaculate, the Staff is awesome, and they treat you like Family. A parking lot is on the side and this location is easy to see from Montauk Highway. We will definitely be going back! I was there w a friend around 9PM There no inside shopping or sitting, but there are alot of flavors in water ice and ice cream. I guess its popular because they were out of flavors to. The service was fast and alot of people came after us.

The cream ice here is absolutely amazing! If you haven't tried Ralph's yet, or if you haven't visited Long Island, it's a must-try treat that you need to include in your trip for a complete Long Island experience!
