We took the gourmet salad and its name is not usurped! ... a bed of green salad and raw vegetables with perch fillets, prawns, scallops, smoked salmon, ... in quantity gargantuan and all excellent. The nickel seasoning. An efficient and smiling service. A very pleasant terrace. Obviously it was crowded so it was a bit noisy. A great address that I recommend without hesitation! I have been a regular client for about 10 years. You never be disappointed as the food always is good. One nice thing is that the chef also makes seasonal dishes using local ingredients. On to the restaurant is located by the lac de Neuchâtel.
we went to Le Ranch restaurant based on the many good reviewes on tripadvisor but we found it very average at best. The steaks are not that good and these is their signature dishes. The staff is friendly but their english is very basic.
This is one place in Yverdon where we come every time we feel greedy for food! Lovely generous portions, complimentary extras at times and great quality-price ratio.
