Today, I placed an order through DoorDash at 6:30 PM, and although my order was confirmed, I had two Dashers who arrived only to find the door locked. They attempted to call the restaurant for assistance, but no one answered. After I also called and received no response, DoorDash eventually canceled my order at 7 PM because they couldn’t get anyone to unlock the door to complete the delivery. Keep in mind, the restaurant is supposed to be open until 10 PM. This experience was really frustrating and is making me reconsider returning.
Today, I called at 2 PM to confirm their closing time after my previous experiences, and a man on the phone assured me they closed at 10 PM. So, I arrived at 9:30 PM, only to find them closed again. This situation is quite frustrating. I don’t want to say I dislike the business—I appreciate their delicious food and usually friendly staff. However, it seems they may be dealing with staffing issues or something similar. I would really appreciate seeing some improvements in their communication about opening and closing times.
The food was decent, but the staff was unprofessional. They were talking negatively because we had coupons for a free pizza, and they refused to let me use them. I also asked for extra cheese, and while I was okay with paying an extra dollar for it, I was disappointed when the employee only added a tiny pinch of cheese and said that was sufficient unless I wanted to pay another dollar. Overall, I had a very negative experience, and I won't be coming back.
I love this place so much! The pizza is by far the best around. Guaranteed to be made fresh and quickly. All of the employees are very kind and helpful every time I go in. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone considering it! Kid-friendliness: It’s pizza! What kid doesn’t love pizza? Plus they get to completely personalize their own pizza and take whatever they can’t finish home for leftovers! :

Did this locations hours change or need updated!? Online and the front door both say the hours are 11 am to 10 pm. Tired of showing up to a closed place. Either keep the doors open or update the hoursAlso not a fan of the shows playing on the tv… the gossip show with sex scenes weren’t exactly what I would have in mind for a pizza place
Lady said no more 14 inch pizza’s when in line today after someone ordered a 14 inch pizza where there clearly is dough to make it
We always get carry out, but if u like thin crust pizza, this the best place 2 go. Excellent Hawaiian pizza!
Good pizza but doesn't accept big bills. I actually think that's illegal since it's tangible
