This was my first time ever at a red lobster, for 15 years my husband has been trying to get me to try it. The food was okay but our service was awful and the waitress wasn’t very friendly even though she tried her hardest to smile. I get everyone has a bad day.We were sat by a sweet young host girl who thanked us for waiting and told us she appreciated us coming in, she then told us that our waitress would be Kayla for the night.We sat for about 15 minutes or so before she even came to take our drink order. I visited Red Lobster for the first time in two years. My server was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. However, I was disappointed to find that they now serve instant mashed potatoes. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5.
