I work instruction and often stay in the house as I'm working at. I've ordered from this company about a half a dozen times in the first time it was great but other than that it's been nothing but wrong orders nasty food and wasted time.Today I called to find out where my order was after waiting an hour and a half and the girl on the phone was extremely rude and after telling me that they're busy and my order will be here when it gets here, hung up on me. I called back just for her to tell me that they are busy and she don't have time for complaints and that that is just a job and she don't need to deal with me but sure will wait for me to finish what I have to say before hanging up. The pizza is consistently fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. For vegetarians, there are plenty of choices, including various pizzas, pastas, subs, and wraps, with a wide array of toppings and customization options. The staff is also very accommodating with special requests. The vegetables are always fresh and abundant, and they are generous with the toppings.
Customer service.....Uh, like try to speak clearly to people. Try. People are trying to order food from your company. Make it easy instead of difficult! Everybody doesn't understand your lingo....slow down, be accurate. Its NOT that complicated!!
After they have had no power for a week. Thought ?. I give them some business. Order a large veggie supreme pizza ?. Tasted a little more creamy then usually. You must have save bad food then Got so ill . Had to call off work ugh ??.

This is not the Rascal house we used to love. If you present your gift card for slices, they conveniently don't have pizza slices available...weird. looks like a scummy location to me now.
The pizza was quite disappointing. I wanted to try something new, but it wasn't worth the $30. I would recommend going elsewhere.
The pizza was fantastic—absolutely delicious! The delivery person was very professional.
Surprised there still around considering there dirty and nasty attitudes.
