Traveling 5000 kilometers from Sweden and finding this fine Finnish restaurant, Ravintola Kuparipannu (Restaurant Copper Kettle) in Playa del Ingles, as well as getting good food was a hit. Then eating among the best smashburger, aioli and fries you can get was just even better. As a Finn who was born in Finland but grew up in Sweden since childhood, I have to admit that... it must be a real Finn to make good food. Thank you for good food and nice hospitality. I wrote a review back in 2015, and gave the place a 5* rating then. Guess what, they still deserve it. This is just one of the places that just feels like home but no, I am not Finnish. I just like the menu and the dishes. This time, we had the Finnish tasting menu a selection of Finnish dishes, Karelian pie, salmon, slow cooked pork and more. They have other more mainstream dishes, but the Finnish ones are what I really recommend trying, as they are what makes this place unique.
Restaurante filandés ubicado en la Avda.de Tirajana (Playa del Inglés). Dispone de dos terrazas exteriores y un comedor interior. Ambiente y servicio agradable. Para dos personas: Carne de cerdo horneada durante 12 horas. Viene acompañada de puré de papa y verduras. Setas con bacon y queso azul grqtinado. Nos gustó mucho la comida y la tranquilidad del local. Recomendable!!
Ha sido el descubrimiento de nuestro último viaje a Maspalomas, fuimos varios amigos y nos gustó tanto que volvimos otra noche más. Todo los platos que probamos muy buenos (carne de cerdo y salmón increíbles) pero para mí lo mejor las albóndigas. Comida buenísima, servicio inmejorable y ambiente perfecto. No lo dudes, 100% recomendable.

Una sorpresa en el sur de gran canaria. Nórdico de verdad, platos auténticos, cantidades muy decentes a precios coherentes. Local pequeño pero acogedor y camareras majisimas
Un lugar realmente fantástico para comer o disfrutar de un café por la tarde. El servicio era bueno y el personal era encantador y amable. Vale la pena una visita.
Cocina sencilla y deliciosa. Platos bien servidos. Para volver a hacerlo sin dudarlo ya que hemos estado dos veces.
Una gran recomendación, vengan a comer, la comida, el servicio y el ambiente son excelentes.
