For starters, we tried the Chicken Katsu Bao, which was delicious. It came with mayonnaise and hoisin sauce, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. We also ordered a Chicken Ramen and a Chicken Katsu Ramen. I opted for the spicy Chicken Ramen with thick noodles and chicken broth instead of pork. Unfortunately, the chicken was a bit dry, and the dish didn't have as much flavor as I had hoped. However, adding some hoisin sauce really improved it. My friend ordered the Chicken Katsu Ramen as it came, and they said it was wonderful.

The food was excellent, and the service was decent. However, since it was our first time trying ramen, I expected a bit more assistance. It would have been nice if someone had checked in on us or engaged with us, as we were unfamiliar with the menu. Instead, they just took our order and that was it. On a positive note, the anime artwork on the walls is fantastic!
I was literally their first customer of the day and ordered the bag buns and when I opened the package the bao buns were super hard not soft at all. Like a rock. Disappointed because I love this place, but not happy with their service or the food I received.
I absolutely love the skewers! I tried the Japanese tofu, corn, broccoli, eggplant miso, and mushrooms, and they were all fresh and generously portioned. The corn was a whole cob, which was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the fried sticky rice cake.

The Chicken Cutlet Curry is just as amazing as the ramen dishes here! And I can't forget to mention the adorable little Bao Downs—they're so cute that you just want to eat them up… and I do every time!
