Worst place in the mall. Horrible customer service. Doesn’t matter if you got there first, they will start making the very last order and everyone that came after you will get their drinks first before you do. Cuz it makes sense, let’s start making order 100 instead of order 1 cuz they got here first. And not sanitary at all, girl was scratching her head, body and then with the same hands touching the inside of the cups and making drinks. They used to be so good when they opened, now is literally TRASH, service is disgusting and drinks are worse… the amount of sugar they do should be illegal to be honest.I’ve never trying anything worse than the las drink I have, it was classic bubble tea but it has clots of a powder, and not kidding tons of sugar (un drinkable)when I complained they said that what I order and they gave me a cup with ice so I can dissolve it and make keys sweet I guess ?? GROSS!!!
Terrible customer service! My drink was supposed to have ice in it and when it was warm, I asked the girl behind the counter to fix it. She instead gave me attitude and eventually just refunded the money. She could have as easily made another drink. Other reviews are most likely talking about the same person. Very disappointed! Spoke to the manager later who was very nice and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else again!

Here on Memorial Day weekend and ordered Pina colada and mango diamond slush w lycee jelly. Both were good and very decent. I like that regular sugar level was not too sugar. I consider coming back to try other drinks.
I waited over 25 minutes for my drink, which I ended up not receiving. Meanwhile, I saw other orders being fulfilled. I'm pretty disappointed.
In 2023, they continue to use powdered ingredients to make their milk tea, which is quite inexpensive but can be harmful to health.
I really enjoyed it, and it had great flavor, but I wished there were more popping pearls.
