Maybe this is better in the evening. We thought the brunch menu looked good.We had a waiter who seemed inconvenienced at any questions and then we waited 45min for what appeared to be microwaved food that would be served to a child by an overworked mother with no culinary skill.When we brought this to the waiters attention he said “it’s bar food” with no apologies for the wait. He had an attitude and seemed annoyed throughout the entire interaction which could have been overlooked if we hadn’t waited so long for lower than mediocre food.Overall this place maybe good at night but don’t go expecting any good food at any reasonable time frame with any good attitude for brunch.
I was willing to overlook the rude bartender, who clearly gave priority to his friends while ignoring everyone else, because the cheese curds were so delicious. However, my husband and I were taken aback when we saw two little girls, under the age of six, playing with bottles of liqueur and running behind the bar. This happened at 10 a.m. on a Sunday! May I ask if this place is family-friendly until 8:00? This situation was not only highly inappropriate but probably illegal as well. It certainly doesn't paint a good picture.
One of the best bars I’ve been to in Florida, the environment it untouched. The old school games are awesome and to add to that the wall they have with hidden 225 numbers within old game boards you need to find is a cool touch. Bartenders are friendly and get you your orders fast. Had the opportunity to meet the manager Jamie and he really makes you feel welcomed! Can’t wait to go back.
Super impressed. We were in the area late and wanted something good to eat. The cheese curds were perfect! And the sauce was amazing! I believe this place has revitalized Cocoa Village. It's a spot where young adults can truly unwind without having to travel far for a good time. The service is outstanding, and the bartenders are genuine and enjoy their work. I have no complaints whatsoever!
This place is fantastic! It has a wonderful atmosphere and plenty of room for activities! They offer a large selection of board games, along with darts, pool, foosball, and more. All they need now is a throwing game!
Rec 225 is awesome! The staff is incredible, and I had the pleasure of meeting the new general manager, who is fantastic! They offer excellent drinks at great prices. I will definitely be returning!

I’m never disappointed when my friends and I come in to have some drinks. If you’re looking for a place to have a good time try Rec, the food or the bartenders will not let you down!
