Unfortunately, my friend's experience was even worse. She ordered the lamb hot pot and specifically asked for no pickled greens, but it took 30 minutes for it to arrive, and they still included the greens. Moreover, the dish lacked the pork blood, egg, and enoki mushrooms that were clearly listed on the menu. When we inquired about this, the server mumbled something about them not adding those items to the menu and claimed they had run out, which was quite puzzling. We also noticed the staff whispering and pointing at our table afterward, leading me to believe they may have mixed up our order. Was OK. Not friendly staff though. Seemed annoyed when I asked them what was kid friendly or just basic needs like a straw for Boba. No napkins and they couldn 't give me a extra flat plate for my kid. They said they are not allowed. Well I ask for lemon and and was quickly answered No . Was my first time here and last time. The beef hot pot was not flavorful. Like I would of enjoyed the hot water noodles with some salt, lemon ,and Chile paste.. but only thing good was garlic noodles. Shrimp were not fresh. I visited this location for the first time, having previously been to their original spot in Garden Grove and later to their Fountain Valley branch after they relocated. The food is fantastic! Be sure to order their fish ball appetizer while you're waiting for your meal. The ribeye steak on a hot stone is also a must-try. All of their hot pots are excellent, so you really can't go wrong with any choice you make. One thing to note is that parking can be a bit challenging since the lot is small and shared with other businesses. It’s a good idea for one of your friends to get out of the car and secure a table while you look for a parking spot.

I ordered the steak garlic noodles to go. For almost 20 bucks the value isn't really there for this item. Noodles were nice but barely had garlic flavor, the portion of beef was very small, but it did come with a very well dressed salad and tomatoes slices. Lyle provided outstanding service! He was very attentive and made sure to check in on me regularly. He even remembered me from my previous visits and reminded me about happy hour. He's a genuinely nice person. The food here is fantastic—I'm a big fan of the boba and the steak! Plus, there are several sauces to choose from!

Use to be a great spot but quality of food and service has been going downhill. They ignored be when asking for silverware, they gave us a salt shaker for out food then said they need it back a few min later. Hope this place fixes whatever going on.
