Service was good, fast and thorough. food was underwhelming, had the brunch special with prosciutto and poached eggs. Some roasted cherry tomatoes and TONS of potatoes.. interesting pairing but tasted average, plating was thoughtful for sure, I guess I expected more substance, especially with the price. Got the Angry Birds dish Cornish Hen and 1 small bone of Quail. Delicious but a tiny portion, a little dry and overpriced. I'd go again but ordering Anything else. Great atmosphere. This place is one of my favorite restaurants because of the food, their platings, and the calm atmosphere. I think this is the best place in Waterloo. Came here for lunch with my coworkers and we sat outside on the cute patio. The food here is always good and I was reminded again why I like Red House. I ordered strawberry and goat cheese bruschetta and the chef's bowl with Salmon. Flavours were out of this world. Service: Dine in
