Dining at this restaurant is not just dinner, it 's an experience.....a journey that delights the senses. This is our second time visiting in a month and we will be back soon. The ingenuity and artistry that goes into creating these dishes is beyond my imagination. The dishes are so often flavours that I have never seen together before and the combinations just add an extra pop or zing that just dance in my mouth. The cocktails are next level and there seems to be a new one every time we go. I love the open kitchen and watching Mike and all the kitchen staff creating and plating the delectable dishes!! The wagyu melts in your mouth and the duck is absolutely the best I have ever tasted! And...
Took the moms for mothers day brunch. Have enjoyed cuisine from Montreal food scene, Toronto, Vancouver.Overall it’s a very posh experience and the price reflects that. Ranked it a 4* because the parking is challenging for those with disability to access location, no to go cups (we ordered cappuccino and some couldn’t finish them we had to go back to the baby), lastly for the mothers day brunch they didn’t enforce a dress code where across from us was an individual in gym shorts and crocs and a T shirt (looked like he rolled out of bed to go eat there).
Hands down the best culinary experience I have ever had in KW or potentially ever. The tasting menu with wine pairings was a home run. Every dish was perfectly balanced and unique. The wine pairings were very thoughtfully selected and the reason behind the selection was explained at the table. Service was incredible, atmosphere is lovely and private. Worth every dollar. Benoit is so enthusiastic about the food and wine. It is refreshing to see someone love what they do and share it with exceptional execution. Can't wait to go back!
My partner and I went for an anniversary dinner and all of the food was delicious from start to finish. A lot of thought is clearly put into flavor pairings and portion size. All flavors worked together harmoniously and each course was perfectly sized so that we were just at the right level of being full without being uncomfortable. I have had the pleasure of dining at Trio twice now. The first time was during a theme night, and most recently I experienced the Chef's tasting menu. The quality of the food, detailed menu explanations, and excellent cocktails and wine pairings were outstanding and unforgettable. In addition to the amazing food and drinks, the service we received was friendly and welcoming, with smooth service from start to finish. I enjoy the atmosphere at Trio and can't wait to visit again soon!
Went for the tasting menu and wine pairing. The staff were fantastic and everything tasted amazing. Definitely worth it in all regards.The highlight of the day was the char with asparagus and hollandaise sauce paired with a chardonnay. While all dishes were excellent this was Michelin star quality.Can't wait to show others to this place.
Benoit was a delight to visit, he is knowledgeable about wine pairings! The food is full of flavor and tells a story of its creation. The kitchen team pays great attention to detail for each dish. Ample parking is available on the street behind the restaurant.

We had the Tuesday tasting menu. It was fabulous and a great value too. We loved the creativity, the local ingredients, and of course Benoit is awesome!
