Red Lobster always delivers on their delicious biscuits, tasty food, and prompt service. But our recent visit to the Wayne Rd location was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group, which included someone with special needs. The hostesses seated us in a quiet, dimly lit area as requested, the manager lowered the music for us, and our waiter, Michael, was outstanding. Michael even went above and beyond by adding extra food and biscuits to-go for our special needs companion. Our experience at Red Lobster was truly amazing.
I had an excellent dining experience at the bar in Westland, with delicious food and superb service, even though it was close to closing time. I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful meal. And I must mention that the Sangria was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much.
When we walked in, the hostess was alright, but the server was incredible. I brought my young child with me to make her feel special since the older kids had other plans. The server had a lot of energy and served us delicious food quickly.
Customer service is awesome!!! I wish I remembered our waitress she was so kind and patient!! The wait was not long.
