Red Lobster is decent for a chain restaurant, with food quality and service slightly above average. However, with so many local seafood spots around, they struggle to match the quality these places offer. I visited using a gift certificate, but Rooster Fish on Missouri Avenue, just a couple of miles away, offers better food and prices. If you're near Dunedin, there are plenty of fantastic seafood restaurants to choose from, as well as in St. Pete and the nearby beaches, where you’ll find top-tier seafood. If you're a tourist, I recommend Googling nearby seafood restaurants, checking their reviews, and supporting the local establishments.
We don't typically visit seafood restaurants because we live in an area where fresh seafood is available daily. However, we decided to check out this restaurant for their Monday evening all-you-can-eat shrimp special that was advertised on their website. To our surprise, the special was not listed on the menu when we got there. The waitress informed us that they used to offer it but no longer do. Despite this mix-up, we were still able to order our meal as we had intended.
My family and I dined in last night, and the food was fantastic. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans and the Ultimate Feast, both of which were delicious. Our server, Amber, was exceptional. She was training Quin, but that didn't slow down the pace or the fun at all. We shared lots of laughs. I highly recommend this location, and I suggest requesting Amber as your server. I haven't experienced such great service in a long time, and it was truly refreshing.
A solid option for a chain seafood restaurant. We don't visit often since we have access to fresh seafood daily where we live. We decided to go for the all-you-can-eat shrimp special on Monday nights, as mentioned on the website. However, it wasn't listed on the menu. The waitress confirmed, "Yes, we have it, but we don’t advertise it." That seemed a bit strange. Nonetheless, we were able to order it, which we did.

server was excellent. we liked both the smaller menu. sad lobster dick is too expensive and steak was quite limited I ended the order of the lobster linguine and was disappointed because the lobster was the bits that come in the bag
Our waitress was incredible and, by far, the highlight of our culinary experience. She had a bubbly personality that made her service enjoyable, so much so that we gave her the biggest tip we've ever given to anyone.
Tasty food and good portion. Clean tables and area. The restrooms are also clean which also a good indicator of all over place clean care. Location has an easy access and has laege parking place. Friendly staff.
Excellent service with friendly staff. The food was served hot and the seafood pasta was delicious. I also loved the cheesy bread—so tasty! I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my meal, but the service was rather slow, and my food came out only lukewarm. It would be great if there were enough staff to provide prompt service.
Our server was fantastic; she really made me want to come back. I definitely plan to return whenever I'm in town.
