Red Lobster in Copiague EASILY surpasses what it used to be. Manager Miguel (4th plaque) Waitress Rachel ensured the cleanliness of the area, quick service of the food and were an absolute genuine delight for my Parent's Anniversary. A gratifying break in their Covid reservations eating out at a restaurant for the first time in 3 YEARS.
Sangria was excellent. So was the service until it was time to get the bill. The server just disappeared, so I ended up sitting there for 15 minutes after I had finished your meal, just looking around. Not cool. The food was and is just ok. Much better places at this price point. I Really only went there because I had a gift card.
I had a fantastic experience with the customer service provided by Culinary Manager Taniqua Tobias. The seafood was fresh and delicious, which my family thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend the Copiague, NY location!
The young lady we had as well as the other staff was excellent we had a wonderful time it was a double birthday celebration and this is one of the best times we've had at Red lobster Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I was just there celebrating life, and the food and service from the waitress were absolutely delightful. This has now become my favorite spot!
We will NEVER come back here. Even though the menu's at all locations are the same this location is really lacking flavor. It's the cook
